 We all have the power of choice. Often fear of failure causes us to deny ourselves those things that are really within our grasp. We procrastinate endlessly, come up with excuses for ourselves, or try to ignore the desires that burn within us. 

 Isn't it time to take a chance? What is the worst that can happen? How could we handle it if that's what did happen? 

Now, what steps can we take to move ourselves toward our dream - setting goals is a good start. Did you know that most resolutions fail because they remained a wish, and no steps were taken to create a tangible goal?

Goal setting is very important to attaining what we want in life.  I'll talk about that next time.

For now, let's use our power of choice - what is it that you really want to achieve? Losing weight? Feeling more energetic? Or just feeling better about yourself? I'd love to help!
